Welcome to the forum. The basics are at this page -

It would be best to do the electronic submission. Once you submit that via email you will get an automatic response to let you know it was received. Don't pay up front, wait until you are contacted that your ride has been approved and they will tell you how to pay then. International submissions can be difficult to verify so try to give them a simple route and good documentation showing you did ride the route you show. It may take several months to be verified, so try to be patient during that process. Due to the volume of submissions, it's not possible to find one and give a rider a progress report. That can be a frustrating waiting period.

Good luck and have fun! Make sure to read the AOW here: https://ironbutt.org/25tips.html

Thanks for your response...we are told to contact with ibaindia but they respond sluggishly and sometimes inadequately... once i was told by them that i need 7+ yrs of riding experience...!!!

Anyways, we have no easy way to give them a simple route.. it is a small country and the highest straight line route we can take measures only around 1000km and to keep the proper documentation, it becomes even less than that...

yes, rules are rules and it is same for all... but here we have so many capable riders, ready to go for it with their small capacity motorcycle that may be some sort of reconsideration can be introduced or monitoring system or live updating thru facebook or some sort of alternatives to verify the authentication of the whole journey...

Your route does not need to be a strait line one. Many prefer to ride an out and back route and corners just need to be documented to show you didn't take a shorter route. Small capacity motorcycles do have limitations, but it's still a challenge that is possible. I did a 1600km IBA ride on a 150cc scooter.

Once you have succeeded in joining the IBA by completing your first ride, there are other options to submit a ride that might be easier for you and have a faster turn around time to verify. I realize that is not much help.

Bangladesh is a challenging country to do a IBA ride in. I do not have the knowledge you have. I don't know if you can maintain the average speeds necessary to complete the 1610 km ride in 24 hours.

@Ira can answer your questions, but I do not believe considerations could be made at this point for live updating. Do you have the ability to purchase or rent a Spot satellite tracking device? LINK I do not know if these are available in Bangladesh.
