Why is there no Ride Around Maryland? What does it take to get a Ride Around suggested and created?

Well, I would suggest planning a route, riding it, and then submitting it for consideration.

Lap of Maryland vs Ride Around Maryland is also an option in route planning. Suggest looking at the rules for the Lap of Tennessee. Kinda unrealistic to closely follow the state border on the eastern side of the state, thus it's a "Lap of". The Lap of Idaho was recently completed (Premier Members can see this entry in the online rides database) and designed as a "Lap of" for this very same reason. Hope this helps.
