I'm getting up there in years, curious as to how old the oldest riders to complete the IBA or give it a good run... (not me though...) Tim

There are a couple of Iron Butt references in this short story. I did learn that the author was in the same region as the IBA's home stomping grounds of the greater Chicago metropolitan area when I went looking for attribution a few years ago. I was just wondering what other back-stories might...
