Just noticed on the IBA store….the SS3000 cruiser style patch requires completion of the 48 States Plus to be eligible to purchase this patch. The requirement seems to apply only for the cruiser style patch, not the regular SS3000 patch. Wondering if that is intentional (curious what the logic...
