We've now pretty much finalised the timetable for the jamboree - only three weeks to go! We're well over half-full, so if you haven't registered... well, why not? Anyway, here's the current plan:
09:00 Coffee, socialising
10:00 Welcome, admin
10:15 IBA Merchandise - what we offer, what would you like us to offer
10:30 Plugging a tyre - demo
11:00 Preparing for a ride - what to think about, what to take, 7Ps
11:50 Tracking a ride - Bubbler, Spotwalla
12:30 Lunch
13:30 Doing a ride - receipts, photos, optimising stops, knowing when to bail
14:15 Rallies - submitting bonus photos, scoring
15:00 Rally planning - from book to route
16:00 IBA Discussion - What we do, what could we do, publicising IBA, encouraging volunteers
16:45 Feedback, wrap-up
There'll be coffee breaks after each session, with plenty of opportunity to chat to the team and IBA veterans, have a go at plugging a tyre - bring your own kit if you've got one - and just socialise with fellow riders.
