Good morning John,
Further to our conversation yesterday I can confirm the following discounts for group visits: 10 + 8.50, 20 + 8.00 if however there are 18 or 19 people I am happy to let you have the 20 + group rate.
Your proposed visit is Saturday 20th July 2019 and I understand that you have already made arrangements with the tearooms regarding lunch.
For the group discount rate we usually expect the total to be paid in one go not individually , that way we know all the group has been accounted for and entrance passes issued saving us time.
I look forward to your confirmation of numbers nearer the time and welcoming the group to the museum.
