Goals and rides for 2016

I may buy a few extra backer plates for my other bikes ( just kidding, of course 
).
I hopefully will do another BBG in May, and then another Lake Michigan SS1K in June, the Big Great Lakes SS3K in July, and finally the MIO SS1K in August. And if my spouse hasn't killed me by then, maybe another BBG in September.
But that's just my plan, hopefully. I need to keep working on getting my Mile Eater Gold.

I would like to do the Lake Michigan 1000 this year. Eventually I want to do all the Great Lakes. Will probably do at least an SS1000 from Austin Minnesota to Austin Texas, since my brother inlay just moved down there. Would like to turn that into an SS2000, riding down and back. I will be going to the Tour Of Honor Banquet in September. Most of my riding will be doing the Tour of Honor again this summer.

Yep, I hope this will be a good year. I already tried the 2015 JAX BBG and failed. Too much rain Sunday before last. I rode 350 miles from Gainesville to Naples, at night, construction traffic, construction roads, and 30 minutes stopped for a wreck and THEN look at my GPSMAP478 and the NEXRAD radar showed 'yellow' rain, all of southern FL and all along the east coast of FL. I decide in the rain, construction, and the delay I had already, it was simply a bridge too far and quit in Naples. It was perfect the next day, (isn't it always), but I had to get back home for a family celebration. I'm still planning on doing it, and hopefully before March Pizza Party.
