From alabamapublichealth.gov website, the Nov 5th update states this is still in effect:
4. Non-work related gatherings. Effective May 11, 2020, all non-work related
gatherings of any size, including drive-in gatherings, that cannot maintain a consistent six-foot
distance between persons from different households are prohibited.

As much as I enjoy the event, this is not the year to gather with hundreds of people from all over.
Google "The Annual Last Ride of the Year at the Stagecoach Café" It's always on Dec 30th, though was on the 31st last year, IIRC.
