I am a Premier member, my wife has no number. Next summer we will attempt to change that with her riding pillion on a 50cc ( in the middle of a 4 corners ride). Does she need to submit paperwork with witnesses or is she covered as a +1 to my premier membership? She has crossed Canada pillion, so a bit of a ride is nothing new.
