Are you doing the BBG?
You indicated BB, there are different levels, assuming from your map and time 24 hrs, you are doing the BBG.

Don't see anything wrong with your route, just be careful, and know you can default to the other levels if you cannot make the time, there is always the next time.

Good luck and safe travels, look forward to your ride report.

Well, your link routes shows Fremont, CA to Winslow, AZ, not stopping at Flagstaff. Fremont, CA to Flagstaff, AZ and back, via your route is a little short of 1500 miles.

I'm also curious why you're going down 101 instead of 680 to 580 to I-5? You could do this to Winona, AZ 1522 miles - LINK

Big roads, big miles.

Thinking to go BB1500 this Saturday. My route will be Fremont CA - Flagstaff AZ - Fremont CA
There are 3 different Bun Burners:

Bun Burner 1500 (36-hour version)
Bun Burner Silver (30-hour, if I remember correctly)
Bun Burner Gold (24-hour version)

If you're doing a "standard" (i.e. 36-hour) Bun Burner, then take your time within reason. If you're doing a Bun Burner Gold, then I suggest you follow Eric's advice, and remember that you'll need to keep your fuel stops fast and efficient. A BBG is attainable, but you can't sightsee.
