With Victoria now joining Greater Sydney & Brisbane under covid-19 "stay at home" orders, the only place many of us can ride our bikes is in cyber-space.

In November 2016, a member known as "Enterprise" posted a challenge under the heading of "Wanna Route". I would like to try and build on that challenge.

Your mission should you decide to accept it is to Start and Finish at the Dubbo Visitors Centre and develop a route that collects the maximum number of points without exceeding 1,660 cyber-kilometres. An e-Rally for want of a better name.

The Wanna Route Two e-Rally will run until 18:00 AEST (08:00 Zulu), Wednesday, 11 August 2021.

The penalty window has closed, and the e_Rally has concluded. The submitted routes have been evaluated and the scoring is complete.

Drum roll please . . . . and the winner is Jeffrey Gebler.

He developed a tight route at 1,650 km and "captured" 6,856 points. His points result would have been even higher, but that is for him to explain.
