Problem renewing premier membership

My premier membership expires today. I’ve tried to renew several times this month, but it eventually kicks back to an empty cart and won’t do anything else. Today I got the IBA store to get me to a paypal purchase point, but then when PayPal sent me back for confirmation, it was again blank screen, then an empty cart. No way to confirm the purchase for PayPal, etc. Just wondering if there were other problems with the IBA store or not. I haven’t had any other problems with PayPal or other online purchases, just through the ibastore.
