That's from the National, the SNP rag..... so this is a cost cutting measure to run alongside all the other Police based ones, like not investigating burglaries and minor thefts, amongst other things......
Of course the Police will still use their Camera Safety Partnership vans.... or rather the retired plods who man them.
Meanwhile they will be focussing on the new Hate Laws as they are committed to investigating every report, well almost every report......
