My mistake its 'Mini Holland Scheme'

Its where roads and sections of roads are closed to all traffic except bicycles and one way systems are put in place that direct motor vehicles around in circles, bicycles are exempt from complying to these one way systems. The London Borough Socialist Republic of Waltham Forest have introduced Mini Holland Schemes right across Walthamstow where they've closed the first 10 yards to many of the side streets where they meet a main road, they've also introduced crazy one way systems solely to prevent motorised travel in and around the borough. The end result is that if you want to drive through or around Walthamstow you can only use 4 roads North-South and 2 roads East-West.

Example to take my 90 year old mother to the clinic is now about 1.5 mile and takes 30 minutes by car or, I can push her 1,000 yards in her wheelchair through the bollards, ignore the one way systems and get her there in about 10 minutes, same to get her back home.

Does this anger me? Yes it does!
