Rough programme.
1100 Meet at a Hotel in the Midlands . Unlimited Coffee and Tea
1130 Presentations. Planning long distance rides,
1230 Hot two course Buffet Lunch
1300 Electronic rally scoring explained
1330 "Walking rally" around the hotel. (Anyone running will be considered to have been speeding and suffer a penalty!!!!)
1400 Coffee and tea
1430 Scoring the rally. Everyone using a big screen
1530 Presentations. Rally prep, ride kits
1730 Presentations
1800 Retire to bar
Rooms can be booked at Single £70 Double £80 for those that want to stay over and make a weekend of it.
We will be using our BBR hotel so please don't put it in the public domain for security
The Buffet lunch and unlimited teas and coffees for the day will be at a heavily subsidised £15 a head.
