Still getting caught up.. I got a tire puncture on Day 6, and thanks to a game of (literal!) Telephone, everyone thought I was in WAY more trouble than I actually was. Thanks to the entire cavalry that showed up to shepherd me into the checkpoint, and the village it took to change my tire! :D

Hahaha... work has been SUPER busy, and Day 5 and 6 were really hard to write; I wanted to be VERY careful about how I framed my frustrations, because in the moment I was super frustrated with the rally and how it was designed, but that was emotion coming from the heat and stress.. I wanted to be honest about what I was going through, without it coming across like I was spouting off about Jeff & Lisa (who put on a great event, and none of my "complaints" on Day 5 and 6 should be taken as anything more than temporary!)
