It looks, that the price isn't yet finalized. The guy from the hotel send me a second mail....

"Where did you get the booking code for the accommodation? I’m asking because the rates at our hotel haven’t been finalized yet, so I’m wondering if the code might be for a different offer?"

Strange... @Michiel Buitenwerf: Was the €65 an offer, or was that the fixed price?
 
Both dates dont have availability. Did IBA pre booked it?

I called the hotel and the staff said its too early to book.

Answer from the hotel this morning....

I have looked into the matter and at this point it appears that we need to wait until July 2026 to make a reservation, so that the rates for 2027 can be published.

Only from that moment will it be possible to prepare discounts for you and proceed with booking requests. The rooms are available, but system-wise I will not be able to accept reservations for 2027 any earlier than July
