Great endurance, riding for 24 hours then "resting" for 8:20 on average puts your average day at 32 hours.

Decided to do the math for an average rider. 18 hours on the bike plus 6 hours rest for a 24 hour day, would require 72 hours to complete 3000 miles. Your method only requires 64 hours for the same 3000 miles. That 8 hours saved gave you very nice cushion.

Exactly how I did first four days on the one I did, qualifying for a SS4000 cert.

For us mere mortals... :D ...it's enough!
