Just a quick update: All three certs came through with no issues.

It was so much quicker than the old way of mailing copies. I think it took less than 2 weeks from submitting the log to getting the package.

Actually, I have the UCC or 48/10 on deck looking for timeslots. And yes, an AUX tank should help on those, too.

Actually the tank isn't required, but it does give you options especially when you run into situations like you did. I rarely can go 350 miles without stopping but it is comforting to know I can ride through most of the night without needing gas. Surprisingly I have still almost run out

Right there with you - I'm trying to schedule a 48+(AK)/10 next spring. Timing for work is a challenge; but I think I could swing it late May.

I did a SS1000 on the last day going home. It was two days after the 50CC was completed.
