All UK and Benelux rallies now use EBC for scoring purposes.
This entails submitting bonus claims during the rally, not after check-in at the end, by email to the rally's designated email address, [email protected] for UK rallies. Each claim is made by attaching a single photo to the email and completing the "Subject:" line with four fields:- rider number, bonus code, odo reading, time of claim. The fields must appear in that order separated only by spaces, no other punctuation. eg. Rider #1 claiming bonus 34W with an odo reading of 54543 at 2:57pm would write

choose your email app, enter or select the address '[email protected]', type the four fields into the Subject: line then click [Send]
Unless you are right up against a filing deadline there is no need to waste time at bonus locations hunting for signal. Once [Send] has been clicked, emails will normally be transmitted automatically when signal becomes available although you will need to ensure that all transmission are complete before the deadline or check-in.
Once familiar with your smartphone and the process of emailing bonus claims, claiming a bonus need not take more than a minute. It is of course up to the rider to decide how long constitutes sensible provision at each bonus stop. Provision will be made by rally teams for an open practice period before each rally when bonus claims will trigger an automatic detailed response. No feedback, automated or otherwise, will be available during actual rallies.
