Four States with a twist question

Hi, hoping the weather will warm up a little soon and think it is time to put in some kms. Thinking 4 states with a twist would be fun for a simple SS1600k but whet is the plan with Kentucky? It appears that the shop is long shut. What ways do you suggest I validate my visit?

The rules states you must visit Kentucky and prove you were there.
Do so by taking a pic of a building or something with kentucky on it.

They approved mine with a date-stamped photo at the town sign and a SPOT waypoint.
