Mary and I rode down from Michigan to Morton's BMW when Melissa and John were there to promote the book. Mary can talk to anybody (it's a gift), but neither of them needed any prompting. Both of them were gracious and couldn't have been nicer.

We've put the book -- which both of them autographed -- in a prominent place of honor in our den. We'll often have dinner or card party guests wander in to the den during a break in the festivities -- and I often hear a quiet "Damn!" or "Holy crap?!" That's when I know they've leafed through the book <G>.
