Started by a family member of a very good friend of mine, Graeme Bills from Raymond Island, East Gippsland. The original Mr. Bills was a a dairy farmer and wanted to give back to the community. If you're very observant you might notice that they were not only for horses but some troughs have a small trough at one end that's for the drover's dogs to drink from.
Also they are not restricted to Australia but can be found overseas as well. Just saying.
