If you need for us to send you the link to the Premier Portal sign-in, just ask via email to
[email protected].
Via the IBA Premier Portal, you can see where your ride certification tickets are (and tickets for questions you’ve asked) as they are being processed, i.e. received, which verifier is working it, if it is waiting a reply from you, when your cert is drafted and up for proofreading by another verifier, when it’s in Howard’s queue pending approval, and when it’s closed (PDF of cert emailed or paper cert mailed).
