Naive question ..... but do photos posted here in the Forum have to be linked from a web based source such as Photobucket, or can we upload from our own PC storage?
(p.s. i do understand the request for email photos .... I'll see if I have any worthwhile for such auspicious company)

You need to use a URL so Photobucket or such is the way to go. The little picture box next to the smiley face in the edit post box is the one to use to insert the link.

Hi Peter, we are staying near the coast all the way to just before Tarcutta, right turn to Wagga then back up to parks.
hopefully miss wildlife and be a little wameer lol

Hi all :)

Well finally got around to registering and doing the paperwork, hopefully all sorted !

Simple plan is off the boat AM Friday morning and head north to Broken Hill then east and loop down into Parkes

Guess I need to be ready for the cold and probably some wildlife? Any advice appreciated, as I guess if need be I can always plan something else!!

Okay i nedd mr swann insurance to hurry up and sort my claim. Dodged a skippy and dropped the beloved FJR into a table drain. 12k damage and the assessor says its a write off. Got a lot of work to refarkle a bike ready for the muster. I know i have time however i need to ensure what i purchase will be reliable for sure.

A long thread by now and I'm too lazy to trawl through every post to see if this question has been asked :(:confused:

I am keen to register for the Muster (already booked accommodation) and time off work, but at this stage I have not even thought about which way I'll go. I'm still finalising a USA trip for 5 weeks starting in May and have not got time to get my head around a defined route to Parkes. I see little point in nominating a specific ride plan to submit at this stage, when I haven't really sat down to look at all the options.

Wanting to know if I can submit the Registration application and Paypal receipts as per Steps 1 and 2 of the instructions and then leave Step 3 (Ride documentation) for when I get home in June (before the 18 June cut-off)? OR: can I only submit if All three steps are completed first?
Just want to be sure to get Registered and on the list so I don't miss out. :)

Got the news from Swann Thursday. Bike is total loss. As bike was insured for agreed value apart from the long 3 week process due to easter in the middle i should have $$$$in the bank during the next few days. Have a deposit on another chariot then the farkling can begin.

TJ a question.we have already submitted a ride plan. Have since found out there are a lot of roadworks. What is the latest we can resubmit an alternative route please
