I know there is a N to S from Key West to Angle Inlet.

Is there an east to west version?

Or a 4 extreme points ride, other than the SCMA?

In the IBA website; Ride Certifications, then the big list; under the Coast-to-Coast rides there is a list of E-W rides. Also, under the In-State list at the top you'll see the Lap Around the 48 and the RAT48. Hope this helps.
