Ox is just rolling through Coolgardie, at about 5:20pm WA time. He’s making solid progress, from memory it’s 6hrs from Coolgardie to Scarborough beach. Go Ox!

Met Peter @ Merredin, then led him to Perth.
Saw a fox (1), cop car booking someone in the middle of nowhere at dark o'clock and pissed off many truck drivers with our combined low-beams.
All-in-all.... a great run in.

It was quite cool on the run in last night. Temps at Merredin were about 22C, but dropped to 15C from Northam onwards, providing us with a very pleasant evening with very little bug splat on the visors.
I think Ox has a plan regarding those temps on the return leg. Spot may prove to be quite entertaining.

With Broken Hill expecting 42deg. C, Ox has opted for the Southern route, Mildura/Wagga Wagga/Gundagai & thru Sydney.
Enough of a buffer to handle the extra hour & a half.
DDT (Drop Dead Time...) is 07:57 Saturday.

I have a potential buyer calling to view our home at 5pm. Ox is at Morgan, around 2h30m from Mildura. Unsure if I can run an intercept, to guide Ox around Mildura. If someone wants to let him know, just turn left at Walnut Ave, then right when he gets to the T intersection on 7th St, is probably the simplest.
