Sorry for this new be question, But for the pictures with the gas receipt, at start, middle and end... Do I use the resettable trip or the actual mileage on the bike ???

I use the actual odometer, No danger of it getting reset by mistake. I use the trip meter to help keep track of fuel needs.

Same here. I also write Odo down on receipt so its easier to get everything together crisp and clean when I get home. Trip meter is only to get a good view of when its time to start looking for a gas station.

From the basic SS1000 rules:
You MUST take a photo of each receipt in front of your odometer at the start, each fuel stop and finish location. I believe what you are referring to as resettable is referred to as the trip meter.
