Reading when not riding - but NOT Motorcycle Consumer News anymore...

I've been a subscriber to Motorcycle Consumer News in the US (MCN, not to be confused with Motorcycle News in the UK) for years.

What i thought was a subscription renewal in the mail today was sadly notice that they shut down as of February 1, 2020. Is anybody else saddened by this?

I think many of us will miss MCN as I was a reader for many years.

One of the few magazines I received that I would read cover to cover.

Sadly MCN died several years ago when it was bought out and started reprinting old articles and reduced the page count by half. Shame really but overall print is dead.

Years ago I used to read 5-8 motorcycle magazines a month, I'm down to one, Roadrunner and even that isn't a monthly print and more often than not it's articles are directly linked to advertising so nothing more than glorified multi-page ads.
