Ah fair enough, not just me then, they were probably looking on an iPad so maybe that's an unreliable browser to use.
Remember that "iPad" is not a browser itself...it's a device. On that device is a default browser (Safari in the iPads case), but people use lots of different browsers (i.e. Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.). And each browser isn't categorically "unreliable"....I'd say it's fairer to assume they're each have different idiosyncracies..also the way people build web pages may be different on browsers.

.....but the "Close the program, restart. If that doesn't work, take two reboots and call me in the morning." remains a staple of diagnosing computer stuff.
