They pop up on cycle trader now and then. Make a search and save it so you get notified when something new is posted.

you also might try FJRforum.com and FJRiders.com They seem to be the most active FJR forums. Usually a few bikes for sale. You will probably have to do a lot of the farkling yourself.

I just bought a fully farkled 2014 in PA from a guy with only 19,000 miles on it. There are only a couple items I still want to do to the bike, and I don't think a person could do much else to it. It was posted on 2 different sights. Cycle Trader and FJR Owners forum.
So yes, they are around, and you can find them fairly easy. And even quite reasonably priced.
