Thank you all Competitors and Rally Staff for helping to make the first Jorvik 8hr Rally a success.
Particular thanks to Graeme and Sally who were brilliant. Roy and Joanne for marshalling the riders in the car park did great work and Bob Stammers who did a cracking job of helping the rally masters with the scoring, without who'm we would have struggled.
And well done to Lee Edwards who rode a great route in fine time to take first place.
I hope everyone enjoyed it enough to return next year.
Full results and points will follow soon.

24 Gayle Bridge
17 Literary Institute, Muker
39 Tan Hill Inn
41 Green Howards Museum
1 Old Bridge, Aldbrough St John
18 St Oswald Church, Newton Under Roseberry
Refuel at Guisborough
20 Castleton Sign

27 Half Moon Inn, Acklam
36 Stamford Bridge

And I got a 9 minute time penalty.

Really enjoyed my first rally outing thanks. Considering the road closure approaching Tan Hill inn and missing one of the diversion signs and then missing the Squires turn off the A1 and then not getting my log sheet time on my final arrival at Squires I'm bloody surprised to have made 20th position. BTW did anyone else spot the camels?

See you all next year :)
