2022 Scooter 1500 Insanity (with a nested Commonwealth Star SS1600K)

Thanks Everyone, it looks like quite a few countries have their strong scooter teams, so my thinking was to strenghten the Australian scene. Don't get me wrong, my 1st bike is still much more comfortable, but life feels a bit dull when you stay in the comfort zone forever, at least for me anyway ;)

My little hope is also to see more reports in the forum - it would be great to read about other riders' experiences.

Apologies for tacking onto an existing thread, but here's my contribution to the Aussie scooter scene :)
  • BB1500/2500K nested SS2000K
  • Honda ADV150
  • Finished the SS2000K portion in 23:53. Top GPS speed ~100km/h depending on wind/terrain. Range ~200km. Fuel bladder used.
  • The extra ~500km to complete the BB1500/2500K was leisurely by comparison
  • Out and back in state: Sydney, Wentworth, Sydney (2000K, sleep), Yass, Sydney (2500K)
Once is enough. Do not want to go again. The scoot and myself were riding at the limits. Special thanks to @cjmckay for coming out to escort me home the last ~350km of the SS2000K portion.

Also agree that it is more "fun" to complete these rides by making it unusual or interesting in some way.
