Effective 6-2-23 465 East bound on the south side if Indianapolis will be closed for about 3-4 weeks for construction. Detour is 70 east to 65 south. Best advice if going through Indy is to stay on 70. Effective 7-7-23 for 3-4 weeks West bound 465 from 65-70 will be closed. Same detour but in reverse. 465 on North side still a mess.
