Hey Kimmie, I made the mistake of being a bit ocd but in the end had an email from Howard to say that he had eventually got the details and all was good. He is certainly aware of the ride overall.
I know I said it doesn't matter as I know and you all know I did the ride but, yes it would be good to get the Cert.
I believe that things are working in the background as they are all volunteers, just read up on the India Certifucation process, they are quoting twelve months to ratify a ride!!!!
Howard did say in his email that if you send multiple mails then they could be overlooked as others may think that someone else is doing the Cert.
Just send to
[email protected]
My mistake at first was to try and send to multiple emails to make sure it got there but this apparently complicates things.
I agree about the ride, some would look at it as an easy ramble, only just enough to warm the bike up but others like you and me find it a challenge, 1600 in 22 hrs + is still 1600 and not to be taken lightly. You especially deserve the recognition as you rode about 45 mins each way to the start and finish.
You did immensely well.
You will get the certificate I am sure of.
Cheers
Sgt Schultz.
By the way I still know nuffink!.
