In light of the new highway code rules my car wishes to identify as a bicycle

Back in the days of tax discs, remember them, my bike was in the taxation class "bicycle" so I guess we are all in the same....erm.... wotsit?

That's still the case and has been tested and failed in London's Bicycle only Lanes. Motorcycles are shown in the regestration Document Section D5 X Taxation Class as a Bicycle but the Road Traffic Acts and local council Byelaws doesn't recognise them as such.
