BBQ RULES:

As we are now in BBQ season it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity . When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events are put into motion:

(1) The woman buys the food.

(2) The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables, and makes dessert.

(3) The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill - beer in hand.

(4) The woman remains outside the compulsory three meter exclusion zone where the exuberance of testosterone and other manly bonding activities can take place without the interference of the woman.

Here comes the important part:
(5) THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL.

(6) The woman goes inside to organise the plates and cutlery.

(7) The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is looking great. He thanks her and asks if she will bring another beer while he flips the meat

Important again:
(8) THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN.

(9) The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauces, and brings them to the table.

(10) After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes

And most important of all:
(11) Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts.

(12) The man asks the woman how she enjoyed ' her night off ', and, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some women..

As Martin Buck mentioned, I have had a few things "on my plate" just recently and not just my preparations for my trip - hence the lack of communication from me, so sorry for that.

But here's the details :

Our stand number is C96 to C98. It is 20m wide by 16m deep

...
I will be there from about 2.30 - 3.00pm onwards on Friday.

When you ge to the gate call me on my mobile and I will come and give you your ticket.

My mobile number is 07813 704196

Graeme Dawson & Philip Weston - I also have two "car passes" for you

Access onto the stand is ONLY :

(1) 2.30pm - 3.00pm (when I get there) to 8.00pm Friday (gate 4a)
(2) 7.00am to 8.30am on Saturday (gate 3)

Single bed for Friday and Saturday nights at Holiday Inn Express is now going spare.
The wife cannot make it any more. PM me if you are interested :):):)

Just because the wife cannot make it, extramarital services are not required.
So don’t start banging on about me coming from Brighton Jon :eek::eek:
A contribution to my beer fund would be welcome. :p:p:p

Hello,

I've got an early start on Sunday (0530) to get to Dover for 0825...

Not having to pack a tent would be useful for me, if my early start won't disturb you...
