Adventure bike rider weekend festival

Hi guys n gals
I attended the 2019 ABR magazine weekend festival and what a great event that was so much so I booked it for next year.
But then I had a daft idea of trying to get us a club stand at the event.
Next year's festival will be 10-12 July and is at ragley hall again.
Obviously I don't have the gear which was used for the mcn festival but if it can be arranged who would be up for it?

Hi Mark.
I think that would be a great idea, its some time away, but I would be interested. :):)

I could very well be up for this, obviously confirm nearer the time.

I would like to get involved even if we only took tents like we did for the 1st time we went to Peterborough
Who else is up for it?
If we get enough we get a good deal on entry.

Early days to be certain but i'm interested.
Keep us informed Mark.

Cheers John

Quick update for the ABR weekend festival 2020.
I offered my services to organize and liaise with the event manager for the abr weekend and Philip Weston has confirmed that I am ok to run with it.
So upto yet we should be able to get 3m pitch for our stand which I appreciate is not enough but at least we are present at the event, and currently I don't yet know exactly how many passes will be available.
Personally I have already booked tickets to go as the event was excellent and it was well worth the money especially if you booked the Early Bird tickets.
As soon as information becomes available I will post here and also on the Facebook page.

Just purchased 2 early bird, plus I’ve booked to bring the Motorhome so we have a gathering/socialising/ BBQ point if required.

A Motorhome!!! You do realise this is a MOTORCYCLE themed event?? Hope it has a trailer with bikes for you and the beautiful, friendly, better half! ;)

I just booked an Early Bird Weekend plus camping at £49.00, they had day passes at £45 each day, does this mean I have to camp or will my £49.00 get me in both days? I can't camp at my age! A three-star hotel is what I class as camping.

I dont think that you have to camp dave

Does anyone have a 3m x 3m gazebo?
Graeme has a 6m x 3m which may be to big.
If anyone has 1 that can be used for the club stand that would be a bonus but if not I will look at purchasing one for the event.

At the MCN Festival, we had both a 3 x 3 and the 6 x 3 - so someone has a smaller one.

Regards,
Martin

I am now the proud owner of two weekend £49 early bird tickets! I only need one, so have a spare if someone wants to buy it from me.

Love, light, and kindness,

Dave
