I love this setup but I am also believer in the "Triangle of light". I need to break down and get some Darlas/Glendina's to mount on the crash bar, so I can get my big lights up higher.
Any HD riders for these rides?

I'm another HD rider who doesn't post much. I've only done 2 SS1000s on my 2018 Road Glide but it's comfy and much better range than my previous BMW1200GT. On that bike (BMW) I had to stop every 130 miles (never did any Ironbutt rides on that bike); on my Road Glide I plan my stops for 200 to 230 miles. Planning some longer rides this summer now that I'm fully vaccinated so not so worried about staying in a hotel on the road. My Road Glide has been a good fit in my older age when comfort is more important that speed.
