I'm going to be coming in from the west on I-20 toward Allen. I don't have a clue about toll roads so my preliminary comments may not be even close. I've heard it is electronic and without the pass Texas will eventually send me a bill in the mail. More money that way but I'm not going through regularly so not a big deal. The second option is to avoid the toll roads which I won't mind doing either and might be a whole lot easier.
