Hopefully a quick and easy question about the EggHunt 1000 (https://ironbutt.com/themerides/easter/).

If going for the EggHunt 1000 Gold, does the extra item (DBR from place with egg in name or pic of commercial sign with egg in name) have to meet the 150-mile separation requirement the other four photos require?

Yes. It's an additional 'bonus' requirement that can be satisfied by DBR or Photo, so like the other required photos, it fits with the "Each photo must be at least 150 miles from the previous photo" rule.

I was just starting to work up a plan and wondered this same thing. Guess now I know the answer.

May see about posting up a full ride report, but think I completed the ride yesterday. I forgot to get a DBR from the city where the "nest egg" location pic was. Fortunately, realized my error in time to do some Googling and make some adjustments to the route so I could still get all five challenges complete (I think).

This was also my first time using Spotwalla in conjunction with both my Spot tracker and the Bubbler app. Feel like I learned some good stuff along the way, but still need to go in and clean up some stuff, add receipts, etc., before submitting. Hopefully the next one will be a little smoother.
