International IBA members and Premier

We have had some inquiries on the FB page regarding premier membership from a couple of our international members (Denmark and South Africa). I would like confirmation that indeed IBA will grant premier member status to these IBA members and that the premier validation team is in fact certifying rides from international premier members. Thanks!
