Looking for GPX for highest and lowest point in each state

Can anyone point me to GPX files for 1) highest point in each state, 2) lowest point in each state

No GPX file, but the HighPointers list the highest and lowest points for each state.

Fun Fact: Anyone familiar with the geography of Montana would rightfully assume the lowest point in Montana would be in the eastern side of the state. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If you want to ride there, you need the highest/lowest roads, not elevation points. Here's a good source for the highest roads:
