I have examined that many seniors, including those over 75, have had positive experiences with their coverage. It might be worth considering their Diamond Membership, as it’s tailored for older travelers.

The ideas for the elderly are actually very limited, I tried to understand but could not. It is fortunate that you are interested.
 
Take a look at Good Sam Travel Assist, the Premier plan seems very close to Medjet and there doesn't seem to be age restrictions. I plan on getting it prior to the start of or travel season this year.
