Quatermaster and Rally Masters announced

A couple of introductions to some great people who have answered the call to assist.

William "Tiger Bill" Beaton has taken over as our Quatermaster

Annette and Shane "Cuddles" Cudlin have taken the reigns as our Rally Masters
