My dad and I completed an IBA ride back on. August 26th 2023 and submitted our information online around August 30th 2023. We only received the initial confirmation that the email was received. I tried contacting via the contact page and the iba question email and haven't heard back on the status of the verification process for our ride. I was wondering if we could get some information about our ride?

It's generally not feasible to look up individual rides in the process of certification. There are multiple certification teams in multiple locations. Hunting down one specific ride takes away from them just doing the process. I do understand your interest! But do keep in mind you're really just on the cusp of the normal time frame, so really nothing to be concerned about at this point. Give it a couple more months and if you haven't received notice or questions about your ride certification, do come back and re-visit the issue.
