For those familiar with the "old" FarRiders ride format then this could be of interest. Southern Cross Distance Riders organisers Ray [Lonerider] and Bill [Wombat] have expanded their ride calendar outside of Western Australia. They have the next ride on the east coast on Saturday 23 rd. November to the Kalimna Hotel near Lakes Entrance, Victoria.
Same format as FarRiders, either 800/ 1000 or 1200 kilometres over two days starting noon on the Friday till noon on the Saturday. All the details are on the website. It would be good to see ex FarRider members in attendance. Any other questions PM me for details. They have been accepted as the introductory ride group for IBA Australia.

SCDR Can be found in General...Planning a Ride in the GTRs section. Been there some time now.

I took a look at the Rays ride list for 2025 a few days back and it has several opportunities for eastern states guys to join the fun.
Maybe 6 rides across the year and includes the Border Run. Vic and NSW. Qld and SA all get a run.
Looks like fun and many of the regulars we all know well.
