SS1600, BB2500, 401 End-to-End (Canada Nested Rides)

Good Morning

Some of us over the weekend, completed:
1. SS1600 - 1600 Kms (under 18 hours)
2. BB2500 - 2500 Kms (under 32 hours)
3. 401 End-to-End (under 18 hours)

How do I submit for these nested rides?

Can I do ONE application with a column is the logs to identify the ride, so its easier for verification staff to view the logs in sequence with the time stamp OR
Do I have to submit 3 separate applications?

One application. Include a note indicating what rides you are applying for and which receipts define the start and end points of each ride.
