Temp Insurance

I recall seeing awhile back that you can purchase insurance for a couple of weeks or so that will fly you back to your home should you be injured in an accident. Does anyone recall or know anything about this? I am planning a long trip and would like to have it just in case.
 
And for a small added fee they will transport the bike home as well. The key is it is from hospital to hospital. If you are discharged you are on your own.
