Several of us have either received performance awards or have had anxious fortnights over the last year or so and I'm interested to know the answers to some questions:
1) Do you always/mostly/sometimes know (correctly) what the speed limit is?
2) Do you always/mostly/sometimes stick to it? If not, overtakes only or general policy?
3) Do you always/mostly/sometimes rely on satnav limit/camera alerts rather than eyeball?
4) If you either received or anticipated an award, was it triggered by camera or police officer? (anyone responding 'yes' will be sent to Coventry)
This isn't intended to produce a neat table of statistics, feel free to provide narrative responses and/or further questions.
My own responses would be:-
1) Mostly, approaching always.
2) Mostly. Exceptions being some overtakes and NSLs on country roads.
3) Never.
4) Camera. 62 in a 50 on a perfectly fine, clear, motorway.
